For example, we can help you find a new care provider after a move.

For example, some members want to learn how to play popular videogames like Fortnite or Minecraft. We can help by identifying and contacting local enthusiasts who can point us in the right direction for getting started. Got a creative itch? We can find outside-the-box activities like decorating fancy cakes or taking a painting and wine-tasting class.
Upside Plus membership includes support from our dedicated real estate team. We’ll take care of everything from approvals, paperwork and documentation, and even negotiations with the management company. Need more space? Less? We’ve also got studio apartments, one-bedrooms, and spacious three-bedroom options. So, if the layout you have your heart set on is currently unavailable, we’ll find you something similar – or better – within the same area. Typically we can get new residents moved into their homes within 60-90 days. That’s usually enough time to finalize details and coordinate your move, including safely packing up your belongings.
While your Upside Plus apartment is certified to be an aging-friendly environment, additional modifications are available as needed. From installing sturdy grab bars and no-slip surfaces to more significant adjustments, members can get discounted retrofitting services from our reliable partners.
